The lifestyle of a community and how you fit in – is where most folks start their search for the perfect home – and the community where that perfect floor plan is built – strongly determines what the heart calls “home”
I love that Central Park nurtures a positive lifestyle —things like walking to the community pool with grandkids, enjoying a leisurely walk with the family dog in the cool of the evening, knowing your kids are attending good schools, feeling safe when your children play outdoors, feeling welcomed by your neighbors and knowing them on a first name basis, being close to restaurants and shopping, and enjoying a short commute to work.
As the Community Specialist, I also know that your home will appreciate in value. My husband John and I built our own custom home in Central Park in February 2009. Central Park blends creativity with tradition and is definitely a great place to live! We love the alleyway where our granddaughters play and the craftsmanship of our home. Central Park is a community of well-maintained and nicely landscaped homes with porches and front doors that are just as friendly and inviting as the families that live in them. It's fantastic being only minutes away from the amenities of Wichita, but enjoying the nature and serenity of the small town feel of Bel Aire. What’s not to love?
